There are several reasons to return your order. Read this page carefully to avoid any misunderstandings and possible delays. It is important to return the product in its original packaging and to enclose the invoice together with the return form. Always register your return shipment with us online. To be certain that we have received your return shipment, we also advise you to keep hold of your shipping receipt.

Costs of returning goods
When you return an order you must pay for the shipping costs yourself. In the case of a product being defect or the wrong product being delivered, you will receive a full reimbursement of the total purchase price including shipping costs. Items can be returned within 14 working days of receipt.
As the receiving party of your return shipment we are not responsible for any damage or loss of the package during transport. Always keep hold of the shipping receipt which is provided by the company responsible for returning the package.
Processing return shipments
The return shipment will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt. Any replacement items will also be sent as soon as possible. We do our very best to process your shipment within 3 days. If we have to a refund, we will process this refund within 10 days. When the refund will arrive in your account, depends on your bank.
Conditions for return
The order can be exchanged or returned within 14 working days after receipt. All products must be returned with its original label and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items received after 14 working days
• Items where the seal has been broken
• Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as dirt or stains
• Items that are used, damaged or incomplete
• Items where the packaging is damaged due to use or careless opening of the box.
